Today, the company has a full maintenance department with several trucks on the road servicing the greater Orlando area and west to Lakeland.

Our service includes weekly visits for saltwater customers, bi-weekly visits for freshwater customers. Our service technicians are trained in preventative maintenance procedures to ensure a proper healthy looking aquarium. We have certified scuba divers on staff for larger installations and corporate customers and provide a fish sitting service for clients that travel a lot. Our regularly scheduled visits consist of the following :

• General overall inspection of the aquarium
  both inside and out.
• Observation of animal behavior
• Water testing as needed
• Water changes as needed
• Water top-off as needed
• Cleaning both inside and out
• Cleaning the interior décor as needed
• 24 hour emergency service
• Report card on every visit
• Mineral supplements as needed
• Quarantine facility for sick fish
• Food inventory and drop-off service
• Medications if necessary
• Emergency power failure procedures
• Training of employees or family members on
  feeding and early detection of problems.
